We are a group of certified Functional Nutrition and LIfestyle Practitioners who have united to help people understand their body and feel their best. We believe that if people understand how their body works, and what drives health and disease, they are empowered to make choices to support their health goals.
What is important to the FNWC?
We value science, intuition, education, knowing your own body, and taking steps to shift the dial to better health. We help people better understand how food, lifestyle, nutrients, history, genetics, stress, trauma, etc impact our health and what we can do to turn the dial towards health.
