IAngie is a Licensed Massage Therapist, NAMS Certified Nutrition Consultant, Mindset and Motivation coach and Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner. Angie grew up in La Grande in an active family. Her dad was an ultramarathon runner, but Angie didn’t find her love for fitness until she was in her early thirties. She spent most of her late teens and twenties overweight, therefore understands first hand the mental and physical battle that it takes to truly change your life and become the best version of yourself. She believes that each day provides us with the opportunity to be better than yesterday. Take the lessons you learned today and carry them into tomorrow!
In early 2019 Angie entered into an unexpected health challenge that ultimately brought the diagnosis of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Having always believed that food could be used as medicine she pursued a functional medicine approach to healing. This path led her to study functional nutrition. She now has the ability to collaborate with clients as part of their healthcare team in a new way, providing diet and lifestyle modifications to supplement traditional health care practices.
Some of her physical achievements include finishing 37 half marathons, 10 marathons, 1 ultra marathon, 2 triathlons, and for fun on her 40th birthday she ran 40 miles!! The unwavering support of her husband Mark and her two daughters make each one of these accomplishments much sweeter

Kate Smith is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC), Certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner (FNLP), Educator and Speaker in Monument, Colorado. But Kate wasn’t always in the field of health and healthcare. She has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education. She graduated with distinction from the United States Air Force Intelligence Weapons Instructor Course and worked for many years as a United States Air Force Intelligence Analyst and instructor. Kate is also a military spouse of over 25 years, a mother of two, has deployed around the globe, and lived all over the United States, as well as overseas. Through a series of her own health challenges, Kate is now part of the movement to transform healthcare into a system that WORKS. She has her own private Functional Nutrition practice and volunteers her services at the Dream Centers Women’s Clinic in her area. Although her faith, work, and mission very much define her life, she does have a few other loves. When she’s not focused on helping people achieve the results they’ve been searching for, you can find her outside, in the gym, at a thrift store, in the kitchen creating meals for her family, reading Star Wars novels, listening to podcasts (or creating social media “shows”), and spending time with her husband Brad, daughter Zoe, and son Zac.

Jennifer's investigative nature and a life-long passion for natural medicine led her on a journey to go beyond a band-aid approach, discover her root causes, and to heal as much as she possibly could from her own autoimmune disorder.
She spent years pursuing dietary and nutritional interventions, which helped, but she came to realize the impact of her life script: the effects of life experiences that are not detectable via labs or imaging but nonetheless are just as real and impactful.
She realized the need to help address and release underlying factors that may contribute to a state of imbalance and subconscious self-sabotage, along with creating new associations and beliefs that become a natural part of our knowing, doing, and being. Jennifer likes to think of health and wellness as the same weeding, planting, and nurturing that goes into cultivating a garden.
Her personal health journey and that of one of her sons put her on a health coaching path to partner with clients ready to embark on a path of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing. She brings to her practice years of experiences and research that predate her current education, along with certifications in each modality that she and her family have experienced the benefits of first-hand.
Jennifer has received training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Functional Nutrition Alliance, and Hypnosis Motivation Institute. She is board-certified through the AADP, and is also certified in Emotion Code, Quantum Biofeedback, and HeartMath. She has been honored to receive IIN's Leadership in Health Coaching Award.
Jennifer is dedicated to providing a safe space for everyone to feel seen, heard, and valued and is fully committed to a therapeutic partnership supporting empowering solutions to facilitate living your fullest self with confidence and hope.
